William Mokrynski is a Canadian photo-based artist currently living in Amsterdam. In his photographs, he uses the camera to capture “interventions” within the public landscape; utilitarian entities that disrupt the normality of our daily environment. Mokrynski’s work has been exhibited in North America, Europe, and North Africa, and is included in a number of private collections. As an educator, Mokrynski has been lecturing and giving workshops for more than 7 years in a variety of locations including Slovakia, Spain, Finland, Egypt, and Germany.
